The only reason why i have this pole is to see if uyou approve of me being in this position. Im not trying to "look good" with this pole or anyhting.
This is also the area where you guys can give me suggestions on what to do.
announcement:
alright i have an announcement. I am forming 2 training classes. The first 30 ppl to respond to this messeage via PM (NOT telegram) will be placed in either training unit 00 with me or training unit 01 with meat slappers. You will then be given passcode to the respective region(unit 00 = Boot camp, unit 01 = training grounds).
Remeber, first come first serve. once i have given you the passcode, you have 48 hours to report to that region, or you must wait for the next class.

Well B4cky i give you full support, you're the man for the job, finally there some movement, education is only the beginning but when the training class is over (graduation), I think there's hope.
I have decided to stay with the ACC, i will combine the Meritocracy with this alliance (I hope i don't have to wave the ACC flag and motto with Atlantic/ACC)

Only problem I have had, is that there are many who are waiting to become recruits who are not told that they have to post here as well as send a telegram. I was given a name to telegram to and then never heard anything about it, I came across the comment about putting up on here completely by accident. just my 2 cents worth and nothing against you in charge of Recruits, I just feel that those who are recruiting for new members need to be a little more specific.

I think you're good....although I haven't known you that long... I have a question though: Will I have to have the ACC flag the whole time I'm in the ACC, or just during training?

I am in full support of you. Whenever I had a question about the process of recruitment you answerd it and explained what I needed to do.

You have been very helpful in teaching us about the recruitment process. You always handle yourself like a true leader. Keep up the good work and I look forward to working more closely with you in the future.

You need to contact B4kst4br or TheButcher. They are the ones who can give you access to the training grounds.
