I urge all UN delegates to back this UN proposal, and others to notify regional delegates elsewhere about it - it makes sense to me

A resolution to restrict political freedoms in the interest of law and order.
Category: Political Stability Strength: Significant Proposed by: White hippie killers Description: As leader of the Confederacy of White Hippie Killers, and on behalf of the entire "A Shed In The Backyard" region, I propose that regional delegates have a minimum amount of business to complete every week to ensure that they are taking their responsibilities seriously. This would be accomplished by enforcing three changes:
1. Proposals can only be submitted by regional delegates. If a UN member has a proposal they want brought up for support, they would need to submit it via telegram to their delegate. This would allow delegates to help weed out the stupid and otherwise space consuming proposals that some people keep posting.
2. Each proposal would be voted "for" or "against" rather than the current method of "supporting."
3. Each delegate would have to vote on a minimum of 35 proposals per week (7 for each business day).
Any delegate whom does not meet these minimum requirements would be relieved of their duties for their region, and hopefully replaced by someone who would be willing to put forth the effort to make the UN functional again.
