I have created this thread soley for the purpose of people who may want to apply to the Ministry of Justice and want to find more informatin about it and for New Advocates that want to get caught up.
*NOTE-I ask that nobody post on this thread so that the only posts on this thread involve Ministry of Justice information and not questions or commets.If you have any questions or comments feel free to pm me.If you cant for some reason pm me than telegram me on nationstates.My nations name is- "the one in disgrace".If you cant find that then go to the region called "The Rejected Realms" im delegate there so im pretty easy to find there.Also note that each one of my posts has its own title that is for refernce purposes.

Case #1-The People vs. Amy Rules All Things
This case was brought aganst Amy of All Things because he/she took control of a region and expelled many nations from that region.
VERDICT-Dismissed due to the fact that Amy Rules All Things left the ACC days before
PUNISHMENT-No punishment was given due to the fact that a guilty verdict was not found.

Investigation #1-The Possibility of a ACC Traitor that gave "Webdesign" the Security Council password
The investigation ended with the findings that there was not a traitor in the ACC that gave "Webdesign" the Security Council Password and that he guessed the password or hacked the forum.
MAJOR PIECE OF EVIDENCE-"Webdesign" only had the Security Council Password and not the password to the IAC(as far as we know).We gatherd this because his website only had the security council threads and posts on it and nothing from the IAC.If there was a traitor than the IAC information would also most likly have been posted
CASE STATUS-No case has been called against any ACC matter as a result of this investigation

2.Be apointed by Nusseburg,Dosopan,or the Advocate General
3.Prepared to give up your solider status because the Ministry of Justice does not mobilize in military exercises

The Trail System that I have designed will work as follows:
1.A case is approved by the Advocate General to be brought to court.
2.The Advocate General assigns one Advocate as the prosecutor and one Advocate as the Defence lawyer.
3.The Prosecution presents it case to a panel of 5 ACC members(3 soliders,2 officers) and the judge(The Advocate General)
4.The Defense prsents its case to the panel and judge.
5.The panel decides a verdict
6.Judge reviews verdict and announces it in the forum
7.Sentencing hearing infront of a new panel(2 officers,1 solider)
8.Punishment is carried out.

After a trial and sentencing the convicted nation has three days to appeal a guilty verdict.The Appeal trial would be like the trial as the defendant would keep the same lawyer but instead of a panel of nations the appeal decision would be handed down by the Advocate General and one of the cammanders.A verdict may only be appealed once unless new evidence is brought forward that the Advocate General or a commander belive can clear the name of the guilty.

Deduction of Rank*
1.Disobeying an officer of the rank of 3 stars
2.Moving out and sizeing a region without cleraence
*=1 rank deduction for each offence.After two offences falls under crime/punishment #5
Removal from The ACC
3.Giving sensitive information like passwords to anybody without command clearence
4.Impersenating an ACC officer without just cause(such as pretending to be a solider in order to make yourself blend in as a low level member,and such as MrNon,B4st4br,the one in disgrace becoming Secretary of Diplomatic Affairs,Minister of Recruitment,and Advocate General in a time of need would be acceptable.In oredr to take any of those actions it must be passed by The Advocate General, and Dosopan
5.Viloating ACC court rulings
6.Joining The ACC and slandering our name and making us look bad.
7.Oppresing other ACC nations

If for some reason the Advocate General is away he/she will post in an the "From The desk of The Advocate General Thread" that The Senior Advocate will be acting Advocate General until the ADvocate General returns.The Senior Advocate other than that is no differnt than an ordinary Advocate.The Current Advocate General is the one in disgrace and The current Senior Advocate if he/she accepts it will be Quantrix.

Note That from now on all new advocates will be announced on the thread labeled "From The Desk of The Advocate General".Also This will be the thread in which I would announce my leave in case i went on vacation or have to study for finals for a day or two so that the Senior Advocate can take temporary command.Also note that this thread will be updated daily still.
