Should individuals with a skewed impression of what the ACC is about happen upon this message board, here's a message to you:
It is Atlantic policy to not attack any well-established regions. Our intentions are clearly laid out in the Charter, and these intentions do not include the violation of any other alliance's right to existence.
As a gesture of goodwill, the ACC would like to announce the upcoming establishment of a Ministry of Diplomatic Affairs. It will be headed by a Secretary General who will be in regular communication with High Command, and be staffed by ambassadors whom we will offer to esteemed regions, with the hope of building trust and friendship between our organizations.
We would also like to suggest the possibility of ambassadorial exchange. The ACC feels that it's important for us to established clear lines of communication so that there are never any future misunderstandings.

Well, keeping in mind that this definition is by no means complete, I suppose you can say that well organized regions include extremely active regions, regions that have a democratic system of influencing delegate votes, and regions that have their own websites. Those are just examples.
In the interest of being tactful as well as being "safe," we feel that it's a good policy to attempt to only target regions with no clear direction, in such a way that we do not provoke anti-ACC sentimentalities. Our mission is not subjugation -- it is ultimately the building of a strong political bloc. In an age where the vast majority of the world is divided into thousands of independent regions, our battlecry is "Relevance."

I assume that people will be on the lookout for poorly organized regions though.

So why did you try and attack The Pacific. Obviously, this is the most well-established region in the game!

I keep tabs on all the AA nations i come across. I noticed several nations moving into The Pacific so i warned The Wold. I've made no secret of this. One of your recruits posted something on here about it a while ago, telling you to invade the pacific. The moderator deleted it though.

You keep tabs on the Alcoholics Anonymous nations?
How many drunks are there on Nationstates?
Get it correct, boy, you can call us the ACC or the Alliance.
Doesn't matter. Wold will soon know my wrath as well. I was booted for no other region than you told him too. He shall soon see his day when I will be standing over him, in control of his region! Just watch me.
Remember the name of New Ali!!!!

He has 50 endorsements and rising. I know for a fact that the AA couldn't possibly mobilize this many nations before The Wold realised and kicked you all.

Easy everyone, you might pull a muscle or something. Ease off the coffee and don't be so closed minded. Listen to what Myrth has to say. Don't be so arrogant, he is trying to voice his opinion and all. He has a right to be heard.

Get the hell out? Is hell a swear word now?
Anyway, I was only pointing out that you were attacking a WELL ESTABLISHED REGION. Something which this very post claims you don't do.

The charter was changed after the failure of and drive out in several regions, including IRAQ and the Pacific investment regions.
