Should individuals with a skewed impression of what the ACC is about happen upon this message board, here's a message to you: It is Atlantic policy to not attack any well-established regions. Our intentions are clearly laid out in the Charter, and these intentions do not include the violation of any other alliance's right to existence. As a gesture of goodwill, the ACC would like to announce the upcoming establishment of a Ministry of Diplomatic Affairs. It will be headed by a Secretary General who will be in regular communication with High Command, and be staffed by ambassadors whom we will offer to esteemed regions, with the hope of building trust and friendship between our organizations. We would also like to suggest the possibility of ambassadorial exchange. The ACC feels that it's important for us to established clear lines of communication so that there are never any future misunderstandings. Out of curiousity, what about the South Pacific?

3)A well-established or organized region is one we can a)establish diplomatic relations with b)has an active and political forum (on nation states or on a web site) c)has some sort of structure for government All the regions which are now part of the atlantic fit these criteria. It is my opinion that any well-established region cannon be harmed by the Atantic in the long term because our tactics are honest. So if they are organized to react to your attack, you do not agree with attacking them? Just curioius, not trying to be rude, just seeing if I am reading this correctly....
