About a week ago, MrNonchalant (the former Supreme Commander) announced that the Atlantic Alliance is closed. This is due to the fact that the only active members were New People, MrNonchalant, and myself, and even we were only sporatic in activity. The AA had ceased to function in all but name, so MrNonchalant made it official.
